First, I would like to say, PHEW, winter is over. I am so happy, though I will miss my awesome red scarf. A lot. The spring of 2012 brought me some new aspirations, new knowledge, experience, and totally unexpectably, an old childhood friend. With warmer weather and feel good attitude, I think I'm doing pretty good so far in 2012.
I have made slight changes to my diet that improved all (yes, I mean ALL) aspects of my life. My lifestyle was kicking my health's arse for so long that I finally decided to fight back. Altough I'm still living in the same unhealthy way, because that for now can't be helped, I am compensating with what I now call my life saver. And I'm not being dramatic. Not with this. I've been taking Spirulina for more than three months now, and what its doing for me is amazing. I've got more energy, I never get tired, my brain is on constant alert (without any drawback effects like when I used to take red bull, for which btw I have no use anymore), and I just feel powerfull. I've reccomended it to a few people, some of them really sick, and now they are thanking me for sharing it with them. It is a great feeling. When I use all of Spirulina I have now, I will enter Chlorella into my diet too.
OK, so what is all this about acquiring an asset?
It means that I've finally got my hands on Tamron 70-300mm. Still, a budget lens, but it will no doubt do wonders for me. My first impression is well, love at first sight. The focus is kinda slow, but on the other hand, it will make me practice manual focus more. That can only be a good thing. My next target is something in the 10-20mm range. I need a wider perspective.
